# Step 1
Know your target, if your problem area is your hips, legs or waist. Measure them check the date on your calendar before you start and put up a deadline of when you want to see results.
# Step 2
Always start your day by drinking a cup of hot water with a slice of lemon and relax your mind for 5 minutes before you exercise. To avoid stressing out fast.
# Step 3
Don’t rush, Begin by walking on your first Cardio day. You can start jogging on the second day until you get used to it and as far as you can for 3 times a week.
# Step 4
After jogging, do some leg lifts in the afternoon by laying flat on the ground keep your arms by your side, palms down lift your legs up and down for 20 times. This may hurt but it will melt your belly fast resulting to a visible abs muscle if done as a part of your routine.
# Step 5
Don’t eat your all your food in one sitting, take it to 5 small meals every hour and chewing for 10 seconds on every bite. No sugar, no white bread, no alcohol drink green tea, eat vegetables, fish and some fruits.
# Step 6
Now for beauty, drink at least 8 glasses of water everyday to lighten your skin and flush toxins out of your body.

And for Hair. Most people have oily or greasy hair.
Washing your hair every day causes the scalp to produce more oils.
Wash every other day.

Final step, Fitness Models have great figures because of their small Hips.
Make hips smaller by walking a dog 3 miles atleast 3 days a week, simple but it’s what fitness models do to maintain perfect hips.
