Always start your day by drinking a cup of hot water with a slice of lemon and relax your mind for 5 minutes before you exercise. To avoid stressing out fast.</p>

Don&#8217;t rush, Begin by walking on your first Cardio day. You can start jogging on the second day until you get used to it and as far as you can for 3 times a week.</p>

After jogging, do some leg lifts in the afternoon by laying flat on the ground keep your arms by your side, palms down lift your legs up and down for 20 times. This may hurt but it will melt your belly fast resulting to a visible abs muscle if done as a part of your routine.</p>
